Frankincense

                                                                    Frankincense

Since were all aware (if not now you know) 2017 has #mercury going into #retrograde thrice, which means we all have to deal with a great amount of #misunderstandings, #miscommunication’s etc. Now not that we blame everything happening around us on the #planets and stars but apart from taking accountability of our actions we also need to make amendments and incorporate some changes to help us through tough times.
Here I give you a #remedy on how to dispel and prevent misunderstandings & miscommunication’s:
Light #Frankincense and #sandalwood or essential oil of any or the #resin and #wood either or will help both works wonders. Let me explain the qualities of both:
Frankincense:
Scientifically its known to support healthy cellular function, increase blood flow and circulation, reduce inflammation and joint pain caused due to that, reduce skin discoloration and imperfections, promote feelings of #wellness and #relaxation, promote oral health (the resin can even be chewed), balance hormones, improve memory, in some studies, have been shown to suppress proliferation of cancer cells.
#Spiritually Frankincense is often added to other magical mixtures in order to increase their potency due to the powerful vibrations of #energy that are released from it when it is burned. These intense energies drive away #negative #energies and evil so it has been used throughout the ages for #purification and #exorcism. With this in mind we can see that it also an excellent choice for preventative measures such as that of #protection. The strong vibrations produced by frankincense make it an excellent choice in #meditation incenses and also in mixtures used to promote spiritual growth as well as to induce visions.
Sandalwood has a number of #magical applications, it is associated with #healing and #purification. In Hindu rites, sandalwood paste is often used to #consecrate ritual tools before #ceremonies. #Buddhists believe that sandalwood is one of the sacred scents of the lotus, and can be used to keep one connected to the material world while the brain wanders off during #meditation. In #chakra work, sandalwood is associated with the seventh, or root, chakra at the base of the spine. Burning the incense can help with issues related to self-identity, security and stability, and trust. It is associated with #business and #protection magic. You can also use pieces of the wood in spell work - write your intent on a chip or stick of sandalwood, and then place it in a brazier to burn. As your sandalwood burns, your intent, or wish, will be carried up to the #heavens on the drifting smoke.
